Accura is not a conventional consulting firm.
We are a team of professionals focused on execution on the ground, working as though we were our clients’ own Vietnam office.
Many consulting firms define the issues, compile a report, present their recommendations, and stop there.
But reports do not move a business.
Judgment and execution on the ground do.
Rather than standing apart as an outside consultant,
we want to be the people who do the hard work on site on your behalf, as if we were your own employees.
This way of thinking goes back to what our founder, Akihiro Nakamura, experienced at an overseas office during his years with a general trading company.
Although posted as a representative of the petroleum division, he also acted locally for several divisions that had no staff of their own on site: steel, consumer goods, food and chemicals. As he worked on the ground for them, one new business after another took shape.
Japanese companies already have the track record and the know-how. With committed support and a real capacity to execute locally, we believe results will follow.
