Akihiro Nakamura
Born in May 1968 in Chiba, Japan. Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Kyoto University.

He spent 16 years at Nissho Iwai Corporation (now Sojitz Corporation), working in the petroleum trading and industrial energy divisions, undertaking language training in Mexico and an overseas posting at the company’s Colombian subsidiary, and later serving in the new business division and at an IT subsidiary.

He then joined SBI Holdings as General Manager of Business Development, concurrently serving as General Manager of Corporate Sales at SBI Securities, Head of the M&A Office at SBI Investment, and President of SBI Business Alliance, the group’s M&A advisory subsidiary.

His deep involvement with Vietnam began with an M&A transaction involving a Vietnamese company for a subsidiary of Fuji Media Holdings, through which he built strong relationships with government officials and real estate professionals in the country. Drawing on that network, in 2017 he established a property management company in Hanoi through The Sankei Building, a member of the same group, and led it as president for four years. The company was profitable from its first year and expanded rapidly, managing Capital Place, one of Hanoi’s newest large-scale office buildings, along with many other premium buildings in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and growing to around 500 employees.

In July 2021 he founded Accura Investment and has led the company since. Accura is active across management consulting, real estate advisory, trading, investment advisory and real estate brokerage in Vietnam.
