Grounded in first-hand experience of running a business.
There are many consultants supporting Japanese companies in Vietnam. What sets us apart is that our founder has himself established a company in Vietnam and built it into an organisation of around 500 people.
Recruitment, HR, administration, building a local network, dealing with regulation: he has been through each of these as the person running the business, not as an adviser. As a practitioner who knows both Japan and Vietnam, he brings that experience to our clients’ businesses.
That is why we do not stop at producing a plan; we stay involved through execution. We go on site as if we were part of your own local office and work through the issues alongside your team.
