Nakamura – Aki
Founder / CEO
Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Kyoto University.
After a career spanning general trading, IT, finance, M&A and retail, moved to Vietnam in 2017. Served four years as president of a real estate company in Vietnam before founding Accura Investment in 2021.
Maiko = Michael
Real Estate Asst. Manager & Retail Specialist
More than ten years with a major drugstore chain in Japan, including ranking No. 1 in sales nationwide within the chain during a 2015 campaign. Now works in our real estate business in Vietnam.
Van
Admin Assistant Manager and “Accura Real Estate” Consultant
Graduated in Japanese studies from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, then spent eight years with Japanese companies in Japan and Vietnam, handling quality control, general affairs and interpreting.
Building on years of supporting Japanese management, Van covers a wide range of work for the team, from real estate sales to back-office and administration.
Sincere, responsible and attentive to detail, Van is trusted by colleagues and clients alike.
